Commissions are for personal use only and not for commercial or monetized purposes, unless I authorize the rights to it.

I still have the rights of the artwork, this includes being able to post it on my social media or present it in future portfolios. Your Character will be properly credited.

I will send you the complete order through : email, zip.file or a google drive link.

If you have a Deadline for your commission, please let me know beforehand and check ⏱ 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 & 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝 .ᐟ

Depending on the Commission type - the resolution will vary! if you wish for specific messurments (in pixel and dpi) please let me know in the proposal.

You have no right to alter my sketches or use them without my consent or other purpose outside this order.

Do not ask me to copy / draw a different style.

I reserve the rights of cancelling or decline your order If I don't feel comfortable or qualified executing your request.

References can be provided in form of Descriptions, Pictures, Moodboards, etc..

If you intend to use the art for commercial purposes - (anything that brings you profit from it f.e. Merch) - then there is an additional charge of 50% of the original price.

Model Art or Graphics such as Panels - the commercial fee is already calculated in the price! ⟶ there will be no additional cost!

small revisions and minor corrections can be done for free. Additional cost can occur if the client asks for bigger changes or more than 2 revisions.

If you agree to the sketch, It will be finalized and from this point forward you cannot request further changes or cancel your commission!

Payment must be sent within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed on. If payment is not made until then, the commission will be cancelled immediately and you will be put back on the waiting list.

You may set a Deadline if you wish but it must be reasonable and within my abilities.

The usual time I require to finish a commission could take from 1 week up to 1 month, under rare circumstances this could prolong up to 2 to 3 months, depending on my workload. I will try to finish your Commission as fast as I can.

My workflow heavily depends on the amount of commissions I have at the time, aswell as the order of orders and the type of Commission you'd like. f.e: Illustration, Emotes, Model, etc...

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow, elements such as: composition, character, background, colors, etc..

You can ask to see the Work in Progress of your Order at any time.

Rude and disrespectful commissioners will not be tolerated and have their commission immediately cancelled with a refund.

I will inform you in time if something comes up or if there is a delay with the progression of your order.

Please keep in mind that it costs me extra time to re-sketch and wait for your feedback. (f.e. in the ordering / revision step)
